Ice Rink
Facts
- Skates, ice hockey sticks and pucks can be hired on site
- The ice rink can be hired for figure skating, ice hockey training camps and matches as well as for large events.
We also offer curling on the ice rink as a great group and company programme (reservation required).
Public Ice Skating and Ice Hockey
When the rink is open to the public you can try your hand at figure skating, dance to the music, play a small hockey match or skate slowly around the sides!
Opening hours vary - check out “opening hours” page.
On regular opening days 1/3 of the rink is sectioned off for Ice Hockey. Changes possible.
Ice Hockey
When open to the public a 1/3 of the indoor ice rink is usually reserved for Ice Hockey* giving you the chance to try your hand at shooting the puck into the goal.

Change the daily routine and develop your team`s spirit. Our Ice Arena is well equipped for the running of your training camp. The Grindelwald Ice Arena is well known for its good quality ice and its helpful team.
Figure Skating
During the public ice skating sessions jumps are not allowed on the ice for safety reasons. We thank you for your understanding.

Icestocksport
Alpine Curling (or ice stock sport) is an entertaining team game for all ages – easy to learn and perfect as a group experience.
Two teams compete against each other and try to place their shuffleboards as close as possible to the target in the playing field.
The game is played with tactics, feeling, and lots of fun – ideal for company events, team events, or social gatherings.
